Our client is seeking a Total Rewards Manager. Competitive benefits and a hybrid schedule (after the first 30 days) are being offered.
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing and managing compensation and benefits programs that support organizational growth, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement. This role oversees day‑to‑day administration of health and welfare plans and serves as a key advisor to employees and senior leadership on total rewards strategy.
The Total Rewards Manager leads benefits enrollment, ensures regulatory compliance, manages vendor and carrier relationships, and supervises team members supporting HRIS and leave administration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee administration of medical, life, disability, and other benefit programs
Serve as primary advisor for employee compensation and benefits inquiries
Lead open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communications
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Partner with Finance on premiums, reimbursements, and compensation processes
Conduct market studies to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
Manage vendor and carrier relationships; serve as subject matter expert on benefits programs
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes and advise leadership accordingly
Supervise HRIS and benefits team members and ensure accurate, timely delivery of initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
5–10 years of progressive experience in total rewards, benefits, HRIS, and compensation
Strong knowledge of benefits administration, healthcare reform, and regulatory compliance
Experience with compensation strategy and market analysis
Strong communication, time management, and decision‑making skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to lead and support high‑performing teams
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
