Trademark Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Trademark Paralegal for a confidential client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and support domestic and international trademark matters for a growing intellectual property practice. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark applications, renewals, and maintenance documents
Conduct preliminary trademark searches and assist with clearance analysis
Monitor deadlines and manage trademark dockets using IP management software
Assist with responses to office actions and coordinate with foreign counsel on international filings
Maintain organized records of trademark portfolios and correspondence
Support attorneys in enforcement actions, oppositions, and litigation support as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trademark paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and international trademark systems (e.g., WIPO, Madrid Protocol)
Proficiency with trademark docketing software (e.g., CPI, Foundation IP, or similar)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting trademark litigation or enforcement actions
Familiarity with copyright or other areas of intellectual property law
Paralegal certificate or bachelors degree in a related field
Benefits:
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
