Transportation Recruiter | Triad - NC

I’m partnering with an established transportation organization in the Triad area to hire an experienced Transportation Recruiter who knows how to find and engage great talent in a competitive driver market.

This role will lead sourcing and pipeline development for CDL-A drivers, tanker drivers, owner-operators, dispatchers, mechanics, and transportation/operations professionals across multiple locations.

What they’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within transportation, trucking, logistics, driver staffing, or high-volume operations

  • Experience proactively sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines

  • CDL driver recruiting experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with Tenstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and candidate engagement skills

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys being proactive, developing sourcing strategies, tracking recruiting performance, and partnering closely with operations and leadership.
