Travel and Expense Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Coordinate all travel bookings in accordance with company policy
Support a rotating on-call schedule for travel changes as assigned
Prepare weekly travel and compliance reports
Send weekly communications to travelers regarding open expenses, payment timelines, and policy exceptions
Maintain accurate expense data through automated systems
Report on company credit card usage and reconcile monthly statements to the balance sheet
Qualifications:
Experience with corporate travel coordination and expense reporting preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines
Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting
Excellent written communication skills
Proficient with expense management systems and standard office tools
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: Contract to hire
Compensation: $25-30/hr.
