LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Trust Administrator to join their team.

 

This position is hybrid.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Drafting legal documents and correspondence including various types of trusts and estate planning documents

·       Preparing accountings for filing with the courts

·       Processing statements and overseeing accounts

·       Electronically filing documents

·       Obtaining tax documents

·       Corresponding with clients

 

Requirements:

·       5+ years of recent trust administration experience preferred

·       Bachelor’s Degree

·       Experience with tax returns preferred

·       Strong MS Office knowledge

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Very organized

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$130,000 per year depending on education, experience, and other job-related factors.
