Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and proof wills, trusts, probate documents, and related real estate forms

  • Assist with document flow, probate filings, and will signings

  • Handle client communication with a professional, polished demeanor

  • Maintain efficient document and file management systems

  • Collaborate closely with two other legal assistants for seamless coverage

  • Support attorneys with admin tasks including calendaring, transcription, and correspondence

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years as a Legal Assistant in a law firm

  • Experience in Trusts & Estates / Probate is required

  • Strong drafting, editing, and document management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Punctual, reliable, and motivated to stay ahead of the workload

  • Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration and professionalism
