Trusts & Estates Paralegal

 

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm who is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their team in Tampa, Florida. This role offers a chance to step into a high-impact position supporting a busy practice group.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and probate filings

  • Prepare trust and estate accountings, tax forms, and asset valuations

  • Manage communications with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and financial institutions

  • Coordinate trust administration tasks such as bill payments, bank reconciliations, and EIN applications

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Florida probate and trust procedures

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of Florida probate and trust administration

  • Ability to work independently and manage complex matters with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms

  • Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
