As a member of the Campus Recruiting team, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent to support the growth and innovation of our organization. You’ll collaborate across departments to build strong pipelines of candidates from universities and colleges, ensuring we attract individuals who align with our values and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Planning
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop campus recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain robust pipelines of student talent across disciplines.
Candidate Engagement
Source, engage, and build relationships with high-potential students and recent graduates.
Understand candidate motivations and career goals to ensure strong alignment with opportunities.
Recruitment Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end campus recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Support intern and early career programs to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Brand Representation
Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and networking functions.
Promote our employer brand and values to student audiences.
Market Insights
Stay informed on campus recruiting trends, competitor activity, and student expectations.
Use data and feedback to continuously improve recruiting strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in campus recruiting or university relations preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
Passion for talent development and early career engagement.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $35.00 per hour
