LHH is looking for an HR/Systems professional for a long-term contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience supporting HR processes and HRIS platforms in a fast‑paced environment. The position offers the opportunity to support critical HR operations while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders. Hybrid - 3 days in office - McLean, VA.

·  Lead and execute end‑to‑end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Workday

·  Develop UAT plans, test scenarios, and detailed test scripts based on business requirements

·  Execute testing within Workday, including configurations delivered through Kainos implementations

·  Partner with business users and stakeholders to validate system functionality and end‑to‑end workflows

·  Execute test cases, document results, and identify defects or process gaps

·  Track, escalate, and support resolution of system issues through completion

·  Collaborate with HR, technical teams, and Kainos consultants to validate fixes and enhancements

·  Perform regression testing to ensure system stability following updates or releases



Pay Details: $38.00 to $43.00 per hour
