LHH is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their esteemed client's legal team in Pittsburgh. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact client outcomes and firm success.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in workers' compensation hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct depositions of medical experts, claimants, and witnesses.
- Analyze medical records and employment documentation to build strong cases.
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and case strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely case progression and resolution.
Who You Are
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania with a focus on workers' compensation.
- 2+ years of relevant litigation experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently.
