HRIS Analyst (Direct Hire)
Location: The Woodlands, TX (100% Onsite)
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 + Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Opportunity
LHH is partnering with a growing organization in The Woodlands that is undergoing a major HRIS transformation. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HRIS Analyst to lead critical aspects of system selection, implementation, and optimization.
Reporting directly to the Director of HR, you will play a key role in shaping the future of HR operations by driving an active HRIS RFP process and supporting the transition from Paycom to a new enterprise platform. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, highly collaborative, and confident taking ownership of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the HRIS selection process, including RFP development and vendor evaluation
Drive full-cycle HRIS implementation (evaluation → configuration → rollout → optimization)
Configure and customize HR systems to align with business workflows and HR processes
Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance through audits and monitoring
Support ongoing RFP process and system transition initiatives, including special projects
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and leadership decision-making
Manage integrations (APIs) between HRIS and other systems
Provide training and support to HR and business users
Partner cross-functionally with HR and IT on enhancements and process improvements
Mentor and support junior HRIS team members
Current Project Focus
The organization is transitioning from Paycom to a new HRIS platform. Systems under consideration include:
Workday
SAP
ADP
Rippling
Oracle
Experience working across multiple HRIS platforms and contributing to system selection is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
5–7+ years of HRIS experience
Strong, hands-on experience with Paycom (required)
Proven experience with HRIS implementations from start to finish
Experience leading or contributing to RFP processes and system selection
Strong backend configuration and system administration expertise
Experience supporting audits, HRIS transitions, and related projects
Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability
Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, ADP, Rippling, or Oracle
Familiarity with Paylocity or similar platforms
Prior experience mentoring or training junior team members
Team & Environment

Work alongside an HRIS Specialist with deep institutional knowledge
