Compensation Analyst (Contract)

LHH is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to support a high-impact compensation project. This role will focus on compensation benchmarking, job title reconciliation, merit and bonus planning, workforce analytics, and compensation modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
• Support job title reconciliation and compensation structure reviews
• Build merit increase and bonus planning models
• Analyze and audit compensation and workforce data
• Create reports, dashboards, and compensation analytics using Excel
• Extract and analyze data from UKG and ADP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compensation analysis experience
• Strong background in compensation benchmarking and annual planning cycles
• Advanced UKG and ADP experience required
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data modeling
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
