About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to lead and support critical ERP initiatives across Finance and Accounting functions. This role will play a key part in system implementation, optimization, data migration, process improvement, and user adoption efforts.
This is an exciting opportunity for a consultant who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle ERP platforms.
Responsibilities
Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to support ERP implementation projects
Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow design
Configure ERP modules to support business and accounting requirements
Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Develop and execute testing plans including UAT and system validation
Create process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Support month-end close and reporting requirements during system transitions
Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiencies
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them
Provide post-implementation support and user training
Qualifications
5+ years of ERP implementation or ERP consulting experience
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Oracle Cloud, or related ERP systems
Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations
Experience supporting:
General Ledger
AP/AR
Fixed Assets
Financial Reporting
Procurement
Budgeting & Forecasting
Experience with data conversions, integrations, and system testing
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Preferred Experience
ERP upgrade, migration, or transformation projects
Multi-entity and multi-location environments
Manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, construction, or financial services industries
CPA, PMP, or ERP certifications are a plus
