About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care & Order Entry Agent to join our team in Boynton Beach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting customers, and has recent SAP order entry experience.
In this role, you’ll manage the full customer order lifecycle while delivering exceptional service through phone and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage purchase orders in SAP with a high degree of accuracy
Own the full order lifecycle—from entry through fulfillment and follow-up
Handle inbound calls (approximately 30% of the day) in a call queue environment
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
Provide shipment updates, order status, and general product/service information
Process returns, refunds, and related transactions in the ERP system
Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to document interactions and maintain visibility
Support continuous improvement of workflows and processes
Requirements (Must-Have)
Recent (within the past 2–3 years) experience entering orders into SAP
2+ years of customer service or order entry experience
Ability to manage high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
