HRIS Analyst
Compensation: $35 to $40 per hour
Hayward, CA - Fully Onsite | Temp
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support HR operations, employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, and systems administration. This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring seamless employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee lifecycle transactions within ADP Workforce Now, including:
Onboarding
New hire processing
Job changes
Transfers
Terminations
Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits, reporting, and quality control processes
Generate and analyze HR, payroll, and workforce reports
Partner with HR, Payroll, and business teams to resolve system and data issues
Support process improvements and HR systems initiatives
Assist with compliance reporting and documentation requirements
Review large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll Systems, Reporting, or Data Analytics
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another enterprise HRIS platform
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
Data Validation
Formulas and Functions
Large Dataset Analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting HR, payroll, and workforce data reporting
Knowledge of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes
Experience with data audits, process improvement, or HR technology implementations
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
