Location: San Francisco, CA (Primarily Remote with Occasional Onsite Meetings)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months minimum)
Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week
Compensation: $80-110/hr
About the Opportunity
LHH is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare and human services organization seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to support the ongoing optimization, stabilization, and enhancement of a recently implemented Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
This consultant will play a key role in post-go-live support activities while contributing to Phase II design and configuration initiatives across several Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, HR leaders, and the HRIS team to deliver scalable solutions.
This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and available for occasional onsite meetings.
Responsibilities
Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud
Configure and enhance Oracle HCM modules including:
Learning
Compensation
Talent Management
Help Desk
Core HR
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Benefits
Participate in Phase II design, requirements gathering, and configuration activities
Perform system maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Execute and manage HDL data loads and data-related activities
Provide recommendations related to security, user access, workflows, approvals, and system personalization
Evaluate configuration options and present solution recommendations and trade-offs
Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to support ongoing system improvements
Assist with integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise applications and third-party vendors
Develop, schedule, and maintain reports and analytics to support business operations
Partner with the HRIS Manager and broader HRIS team on project-based initiatives and day-to-day system support
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
Strong hands-on expertise with:
Core HR
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Benefits Administration
Talent Management
Compensation
Experience supporting large-scale, full-suite Oracle HCM implementations
Proven success in post-go-live stabilization and enhancement environments
Knowledge of Oracle security, workflow configuration, approvals, and personalization features
Experience supporting integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate configuration options and recommend best practices
Advanced reporting experience, including development and scheduling of complex reports
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and data validation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Learning Management and Oracle Help Desk modules
Prior experience within healthcare, nonprofit, or highly regulated environments
Familiarity with ERP ecosystems and enterprise application integrations
Experience working directly with HRIS teams during implementation and optimization projects
