Overview
Seeking a versatile Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics. This role will support the full data lifecycle, from ingesting and transforming data to developing analytics-ready models and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, technically strong, and eager to contribute to enterprise-scale data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain analytics-ready datasets, data models, and transformations.
Develop and support ETL/ELT pipelines, data integrations, and automation workflows within a Microsoft-based cloud environment.
Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and self-service analytics solutions.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and data quality.
Support data governance, lineage, documentation, and best practices for enterprise data management.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Contribute to the evolution of modern cloud-based data architecture and analytics capabilities.
Help prepare data foundations for advanced analytics, AI, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data-related roles.
Strong SQL skills with experience in data transformation, querying, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience developing reports, dashboards, and data models in Power BI.
Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data workflows, preferably within Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and orchestration tools.
Understanding of dimensional modeling, semantic modeling, and analytics engineering principles.
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, or similar cloud data technologies.
Exposure to data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality frameworks.
Experience with Python, automation scripting, or API integrations.
Background in financial services, real estate, asset management, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with AI-focused Microsoft technologies, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools.
Exposure to predictive analytics and preparing data for AI/ML use cases.
Experience working in fast-growing, cross-functional environments requiring adaptability and prioritization.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
