We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong accounting expertise and leadership skills:

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial control in multinational companies (pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industries preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and foreign exchange accounting.
  • Experience with SAP FI/CO or similar ERPs is essential.
  • Fluent English (oral and written) to communicate with the regional team and headquarters.
  • Strong team leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strategic mindset and hands-on style to balance day-to-day operations with business support and reporting.

As Accounting & Finance Manager, you will lead all accounting processes and financial reporting, ensuring accurate compliance with IFRS, local tax requirements, and internal controls.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to maintain high standards of compliance.
  • Oversee tax and transfer pricing matters, inventory provisions, and forex accounting.
  • Support budgeting and cash flow monitoring, partnering with the regional team to drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and process enhancements across the accounting team.
