Industrial automation solutions, instrumentation, and digital trasformation for industries such as energy, chemicals, phramaceuticals, food and beverages, among others

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the control systems, industrial automation, or technology solutions sector.

Proven track record of engaging executive levels and managing complex, high-value sales cycles.

Strong experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.


Responsabilities:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager Sr specializing in control systems and automation solutions to drive sales, manage key accounts, and expand market share in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex sales, experience engaging high level executives, and a deep understanding of industrial automation and control systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Business Development:


Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for selling control systems and automation solutions in Mexico.

Identify, engage, and sell to key decision-makers and high level executives at industrial clients (Chemical, Petrochemical, Sugar-mills, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Mining, Renewables, Cement, Steel, Water, etc.)

Manage the entire complex sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities through consultative selling.

Foster relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders to increase market penetration.
