FP&A Manager

Client Description:

An international company with a strong presence in the specialized consumer goods sector is expanding its operations in Mexico and is looking to add strategic, creative, and results-driven professionals to its team.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in multinational organizations or matrix structures.
• Knowledge of financial and operational KPIs.

Responsabilities:

 Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting

• Consolidate and coordinate monthly financial reports and annual projections.
• Develop financial models for scenario analysis.
• Align forecasts with strategic objectives.

 Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze monthly results and explain variances vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Identify key trends in revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow.

 Business Partnering

• Collaborate with finance leaders to understand business drivers.
• Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and efficiency projects.

Process and Systems Improvement

• Optimize FP&A tools and processes for greater efficiency and automation.
• Participate in financial transformation projects (ERP, planning tools such as SAP or Hyperion).
