Candidate profile:


  • Extensive experience in systems analysis and design, including evaluating IT systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. They should have a proven track record of working with various IT systems and technologies, such as hardware, software, networks, and databases.
  • Proven record in delivering technology solution according to business needs and project scope, budget and timeline.
  • Experience in Commercial Solutions, Data & Analytics or business solutions for CPG Companies is required.

Other skills:

  • Proficiency in systems analysis and design, including evaluating IT systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, networks, databases, Artifitial Intelligence, DEVOPS, ITIL or COBIT (IT Controls).
  • Experience with business process modeling and improvement, commercial solutions and corporate ways of working.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, specially Agile Software development (SCRUM, SaFE or similar)

Responsabilities:


The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and clients, to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines. The IT Delivery Analyst is responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, they provide support in troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring that the final deliverables meet the quality standards and business objectives of the organization. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and deliver IT solutions. This role is also responsible to ensure a seamless transition of the new capabilities to the operational IT organization ensuring all the critical security measures are in place and ways of working of the support process have been discussed and implemented. This role must deploy solutions using agile project management methodologies.


  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, Identifies and analize business needs, define project scope, and establish timelines. Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Translates business requirements into application requirements
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks
  • Estimates the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources. Implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Makes recommendations to address specific business needs for information technology-based solutions and provide support in troubleshooting technical issues duruing project deployments.
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency by Collaborating with multiple cross-functional areas externally and internally in the implementation of system and business
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. Manages vendor relationships including issue notifications and follow-up until resolution during project execution.
  • Ensure seamless transition to the operational service management structure, considering security measures and support process are in place.
