Client description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Professional Services and Training Administrator to support our growing Professional Services organization. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence across project administration, training delivery, and manage small-scale customer engagements. You will be the central point of contact for our PSA (Professional Services Automation) and LMS (Learning Management System) platforms and support internal and customer-facing processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction.


Candidate profile:


  • Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with dashboards and data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus
  • Familiarity with PSA systems (e.g., FinancialForce, Microsoft Project Operations) and LMS platforms
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process accuracy and timeliness
  • Proven ability to make decisions independently and to assume and/or delegate leadership responsibilities in critical situations.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Solid understanding of software technology concepts

Qualifications:


·      Bachelor’s degree in technical subject.

·     2+ years’ experience, prior work experience within the shipping container and logistics industry is preferred.

Responsabilities:


We are looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead and support operations across our Professional Services platforms, with a focus on systems administration, data accuracy, and customer delivery. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage and optimize key enterprise tools—including our Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Learning Management System (LMS)—ensuring seamless integration with business processes and contributing to revenue-generating projects.


🔹 Platform & System Administration (PSA & LMS)

  • Oversee project setup, closure, and data integrity within the PSA system
  • Administer user access and respond to platform inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Generate operational and financial reports (e.g., utilization, project overrun, revenue leakage)
  • Maintain LMS content, manage user access, and track certification data
  • Coordinate with CSMs to ensure accurate billing and invoice tracking

🔹 Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of small-scale technical projects (~10 hours/project)
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track project status, validate timecards, and generate pro-forma invoices for billable services

This role requires a strong foundation in systems management, data-driven decision-making, and project lifecycle execution, making it ideal for someone with an IT operations or technical project management background looking to make a tangible impact across customer-facing platforms.
