Candidate Profile
We are looking for a people-first leader to guide a multidisciplinary team of specialists in software development, data, and cloud. This role is 80% focused on soft skills and leadership, with minimal hands-on technical involvement. The ideal candidate brings human-centered leadership, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of how to motivate and empower technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 8–10 professionals across software engineering, data, and cloud domains.
- Provide mentorship and foster the soft skills development of the team.
- Encourage a culture of respect, humility, and accountability.
- Adapt communication style depending on each individual’s personality and needs, especially in challenging conversations.
- Promote self-motivation and ownership within the team.
- Serve as a bridge between the team and upper management, communicating priorities and making strategic decisions.
- Proactively say “no” when necessary, with clarity and empathy, while aligning the team around shared goals.
