UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OPERATIONS REGIONAL DIRECTOR
operations
·Guarantees compliance with the contractual operations in accordance with the customer's specifications.
·Translates the overall strategy for their work into a concrete action plan for its teams.
·Leads the monitoring of the progress of this action plan and readjusts it if necessary
·Is the customer's first operational point contact on site.
·Guarantees compliance with health and safety instructions, security, internal regulations, internal procedures and compliance with the legal regulations in force.
·Provides operational support to their manager in exchanges with the client.
·Leads and manages the various departments of the operation in achieving the objectives set, and readjusts if necessary
·Ensures and validates the adequacy between resources (human, expertise, material, budgetary) and the objectives of the activity
·Guarantees compliance with and operational implementation of the customer's specifications.
·Defines, distributes and monitors the budget for their activity with a view to profitability and optimisation.
·Is responsible for compliance with ID certification on its site and compliance with safety and security standards
Management
·Validates internal recruitment and development, identifies the potential and opportunities for development for employees at their site.
·Anticipates tensions, implements preventative measures and helps to maintain a good social climate on their site.
·Ensures external and internal, upward and downward communication, and leads their management committee.
·Organises the resources necessary for the cohesion of their teams
·Provides employees with feedback on their work and ensures the development of their skills with regard to the development of the Group's activities.
relations with employee representatives
·Facilitates meetings with employee representatives and negotiates with them in their scope of activity.
·Deals with employee representatives on economic and social issues, as well as matters of safety and employee welfare.
REPORTING and continuous improvement
·Is responsible for the performance indicators of the site for which they are responsible, reporting to their operational director and their customer
·Represents the site in the region and with contacts at the head office.
·Leads the site's continuous improvement plan and masters the standards, procedures and activities for optimising performance
Develops and maintains an excellent customer relationship.
