At LHH Executive Search we are currently supporting our client, an industrial group leading its market internationally, looking for its next Chief People Officer. Based in Comunidad Valenciana, and reporting to the CEO, your main purpose will be to ensure that the company has the right people at the right time at the right place, properly trained, motivated and committed towards the company goals and strategy. You will lead and develop People & Health & safety departments, defining People strategy ensuring that it is aligned with Business strategy.



Your main responsibilities will include to:



·Be the main Brand Ambassador for the company


·Ensure the key factors are in place to become an employer of Choice


·Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and values. This includes but is not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policy development


·Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior management (C-level executives) to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop HR solutions that support business growth and strategic initiatives. Regularly present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership


·Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of HR & H&S professionals. Provide guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Manage team workload, delegate effectively, and ensure timely completion of tasks


·Develop and implement comprehensive programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This includes organizing training programs, corporate events, and implementing effective motivation systems


·Monitor key HR metrics (recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction, etc.), analyze data to identify trends and insights, and use this information to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement


·Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to develop optimal candidate profiles, participate in the selection process, and ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires


·Effectively resolve team conflicts and employee relations issue


·Partner with other departments to achieve shared goals, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with and support the overall business strategy


 


We are looking for professional with over 10 years of experience in HR leading roles, with at least 5 years in a HR executive role in a +500 employees companies with multinational exposure. Having experience in matrix organization is highly desirable. You should bring experience in manufacturing industries, and experience working with private equities will be an advantage. In addition, it is important that you have excellent Microsoft Office skills, HRIS advanced knowledge, preferably SuccessFactors. Advanced level of English is a must.
