Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented tax professional ready to make an impact on a global scale? We are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a dynamic, young and international team. In this role, your next challenge will be to help drive tax efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

  • Tax Strategy & Risk Management: Manage corporate tax efficiency and risk, including restructurings, liquidations, and refinancing.
  • Tax Audits: Lead and coordinate tax audits.
  • Local Tax Oversight: Oversee corporate tax risks across local operations.
  • Transfer Pricing: Ensure accuracy of Transfer Pricing documentation and review intercompany transactions.
  • Global Tax Reporting: Support global tax reporting and provisions in preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Corporate Tax Compliance: Handle corporate tax compliance, including filing tax returns.
  • Collaboration with Accounting Teams: Collaborate with local accounting teams to enhance the quality and consistency of tax accounting data.
  • Deferred Taxes: Calculate deferred taxes and reconcile tax rates.
  • Pillar 2 Compliance: Assist in collecting, validating, and preparing data for compliance with Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE).
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in group-wide tax reporting.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support ad hoc projects and provide expertise on corporate tax matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Professional Experience: 5-10 years with direct corporate tax, ideally in a multinational company or Big 4 firm.
  • Swiss Structures Expertise: Experience with Swiss principal structures.
  • IFRS Tax Knowledge: Proven expertise in IFRS tax law, including deferred taxes.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Pillar 2 requirements (OECD GloBE) or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Core Competencies: Time-management skills, Strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work independently and remotely across international teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills; German or other languages are beneficial.
  • Work-Permit: only EU (Schengen) and Swiss citizens will be considered.
