Our client, a long-standing Swiss manufacturer of medical devices produced through plastic injection molding, is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead their Quality Management function.

In this role, you will not only ensure compliance with strict industry regulations but also actively shape and improve quality systems, processes, and culture across the organization.

What You Bring

• Technical background with further qualifications as a Quality Manager and Quality Auditor
• Several years of experience in Quality Management within a regulated pharma or medical technology environment
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and CAQ software
• Strong German and English communication skills
• A structured, process-oriented mindset with the ability to think and act strategically
• Assertiveness, resilience, and a readiness to take responsibility
• Experience in problem-solving methods, root cause analysis, and team leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills

What Awaits You

• Full responsibility for Quality Management and Quality Assurance operations
• Oversight of quality planning, control, and continuous improvement
• Leadership of measuring equipment management and MSA processes
• Direct interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on quality-related topics (complaints, CAPA, audits)
• Management of risk assessment activities
• Administration and further development of the CAQ software system
• Support in qualification and process validation projects
