ICT Supporter
We are looking for a motivated and skilled ICT Supporter to join a dynamic team delivering onsite IT services for a leading Swiss telecommunications and IT service provider. This role offers the opportunity to work in a complex enterprise environment supporting thousands of users and contributing to high-impact operational and project-based tasks.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support for approximately 10,000 users in a Citrix and Microsoft Windows environment.
- Perform IMACD tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) to ensure operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, acting as the primary onsite contact.
- Occasionally support VIP users with high-priority needs.
- Maintain close communication with users to ensure high service quality and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of operational processes.
- Support project work when workload permits.
Your Profile:
- EFZ in Informatics or equivalent professional experience in onsite IT support.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (especially Windows 11), Active Directory, and SCCM Group Policies.
- Experience in workplace support within complex environments.
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive work ethic and adaptability to new technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean criminal and debt record (documents not older than 3 months).
Language Requirements:
- German: C1 (Advanced)
- English: B2 (Upper Intermediate)
- Swiss German: B2 (Upper Intermediate)
- French and Italian: Not required
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.

- Workload: 60%
- Working hours: 24 hours/week, 4.8 hours/day
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30, with regular on-call duties
- Location: Basel - fully onsite
