Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL
• Deploy and manage microservices in Kubernetes environments
• Secure APIs and services using OAuth 2.0 / OIDC
• Collaborate on frontend integration with teams using Angular and TypeScript
• Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable backend solutions
• Lead integration testing and ensure system reliability across environments
• Investigate and resolve bugs, performance issues, and change requests
• Document technical designs and contribute to continuous improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
• Experience: 7+ years in backend development roles, ideally in enterprise environments
• Languages: Fluent in German (native or near-native) and English
• Strong analytical thinking, structured work style, and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
