Business Analyst (Insurance Industry)

This is a unique opportunity to join the European headquarter of a highly qualitative insurance company. Working together with a local actuary and a European team of business analysts, you will be dedicated to various remediations to be brought to their current activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Once the project is approved, you will oversee its process, from gathering requirements to delivering the solution, ensuring that each step is managed in time and with the quality required, collaborating closely with various teams in Luxembourg and internationally.
• You will maintain regular communication with different stakeholders, providing consistent project documentation to ensure that the business solution is both implemented and comprehended by all parties involved.
• You will collaborate closely with the IT teams to make sure that the requirements are accurately translated and thoroughly documented, providing complete traceability, and actively participating in the testing phases and the delivery of the solution.

Your Profile 

• Master’s degree completed with a successful experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector, ideally applying Agile methodologies.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently, organised and solution-focused.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating a strong commitment to going above and beyond to ensure timely and quality results.
