Finance Officer - Boutique Investment Firm

Your Responsibilities:

As a Finance Officer within a small team, you will report directly to the Finance Director, Head of Office. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Contributing to process improvements and financial controls.

Your profile:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or as an auditor, ideally within the investment, real estate, financial services sectors, or with a service provider
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
