This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading international insurance group as a FP&A Business Partner focusing on legal entity performance in Luxembourg. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders to support financial planning and performance analysis of the group's European insurance operations. Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior management and finance leaders to provide insights into financial performance and legal entity metrics.
  • Support the monthly reporting cycle, including detailed performance analysis, variance commentary, and board-level presentations.
  • Coordinate the planning and budgeting process for the Luxembourg insurance entity and ensure alignment with group objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison with capital modelling, planning, and pillar finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
  • Contribute to the review and submission of business plans and support financial reporting under regulatory and internal frameworks.
  • Develop a strong understanding of lines of business performance and implications for capital and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and governance models.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and projects within the Luxembourg and wider European finance teams.

Profile

  • Proven experience in finance in the insurance sector preferably in FP&A or Controlling
  • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in any other language is an advantage.
