Fund Administration Analyst – 12 Month FTC

This is a great opportunity to join an international asset management company as a Fund Administration Analyst. Due to a long term increase in activity, this position will be for a 12 month period with a high likelihood of turning into a permanent contact. In this role, you will contribute to daily fund operations, NAV oversight, and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions. You will join a collaborative and dynamic team that ensures operational excellence and compliance with global standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NAV calculations and performance checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform monthly reconciliations including cash, stock, pricing, and expenses.
• Review financial statements and support the preparation process in coordination with third-party providers.
• Monitor fund budgets and prepare expense reports.
• Conduct hedged share class and fair valuation reviews, including swing pricing assessments.
• Manage the oversight of third-party fund administrators and custodians to ensure service standards are met.
• Support the team with ad hoc operational and project-related tasks as required

Profile

• Degree educated with over 5 years of experience in Fund Admnistration, Audit or within an Oversight function
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Collaborative and clear communicator with a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English, additional languages being a plus
