Legal Assistant

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of all the corporate records
- Coordinate the signature gathering and due controls on the collected documents
- Organize the board and shareholders’ meetings: ensure the related documentation is collected, drafted, shared, signed and registered appropriately
- Coordinate and liaise with the team, lawyers, notaries for the execution and delivery of legal documents
- Perform KYC monitoring
- Support your manager with the drafting of the legal documents in relation to the approval of the annual accounts, straightforward board minutes or agreements.
Your Profile
- A first successful working experience in a corporate or legal environment, preferably within the funds industry in Luxembourg
- Knowledge in company law/legal matters
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken)
- Team player, autonomous, proactive and organized.
