Senior Compliance Officer (regulatory)

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure a permanent regulatory monitoring allowing you to provide ongoing identification, assessment and management of compliance changes related to the existing and upcoming activities of the bank in Luxembourg;
• Support your manager in the regular update of the existing compliance monitoring program, bringing in regulatory and legal updates;
• Provide your team and bank updates and advisory services on regulatory development;
• Regularly perform system reviews to ensure the regulatory requirements are addressed correctly;
• Update and / or draft when required new policies and procedures to meet the applicable laws and regulations;
• Assist the first line of defense in the KYC processes when required;
• Provide information and data reports to regulators, auditors and to the management of the bank;
• Support the bank’s employees providing them information and advice on compliance-related topics.

Your Profile 

• University degree in law, economics or business administration completed with a successful experience of 8+ years in Luxembourg in compliance, preferably within the banking or funds industry;
• Sound knowledge of the Luxembourg legal and regulatory environment related to funds;
• Fluent in English and French – both languages are mandatory, written and spoken;
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and autonomous, solution-driven.

A recent criminal record will be requested to the selected candidate.
