For our client we are looking for a

Continuous Improvement Manager.

Responsabilità

Role Mission
  • Support the CI Governance of Operations in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to cost savings and the enhancement of industrial performance across different plants;
  • Identify suitable initiatives to support efficiency improvement objectives;
  • Analyze cost distribution data (with the support of labor analysis, AFC, and all other relevant stakeholders) in order to identify potential opportunities;
  • Evaluate the benefits of cost assessment and activity prioritization;
  • Monitor projects throughout all execution phases;
  • Track, with the support of AFC, the financial results of the identified initiatives and their impact on plant economic performance;
  • Support the implementation of LPS and its systematic application.


Profilo

Required Skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret industrial KPIs;
  • Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling);
  • Good knowledge of Python for data analysis;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Familiarity with industrial environments and production processes;
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing methodologies;
  • Ability to work in complex and cross-functional environments;
  • Problem-solving mindset and analytical approach;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proactivity and results-oriented mindset;
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on-site at plants.
Experience & Background
  • Degree, preferably in engineering;
  • Experience in industrial, operations, or data analysis contexts;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.


  • Employment type: Permanent contract
  • Annual gross salary (RAL) / compensation range: €50,000–€60,000 per year
