G&A controller

For a leading multinational manufacturing company (multi-plant, international), we are recruiting a G&A Controller for the Headquarters in Bolzano.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be part of the Finance G&A Team. She/He will be responsible for the following activities:

• Monitoring and controlling general and administrative expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines
• Participating in month-end closing, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, with a focus on G&A expenses
• Managing financial reporting and analysis for G&A costs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Supporting various departments with financial analysis related to G&A expenses
• Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast G&A costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities

Your Profile

• Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering. An MBA is a plus
• Proficiency in all MS Office Applications. Excellent Excel knowledge and Powerpoint is essential
• Previous experience in a multinational company or as an auditor
• English at an advanced level (B2/C1)
• Good knowledge of IFRS
• SAP proficiency
• Oracle proficiency is a plus
