With a global presence and a reputation for excellence, the Company’s Air Conditioning Division is at the forefront of the industry; a fast-paced, international working environment, dedicated to the design, development and manufacture of advanced climate control solutions, specializing in air conditioning systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications.



Responsibilities


We are providing support to the Company in identifying a qualified candidate for the position of Sales Manager - Residential solutions to develop new sales opportunities and achieve Branch turnover targets for the HVAC residential product category (RAC, PAC, Heating) in the Romanian market.


The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and/or channels to further expand the residential sector.


Main Duties and Responsibilities


The Sales Manager will be responsible for:


  • Branch Turnover and Target achievement - generated through Wholesale, Retail, Distributor, new partnerships sales for Residential category units.
  • Regular commercial visits to all local Partners, Retail chains buyers, HVAC shops and any other sales contact.
  • Providing Partners/DE/KA when needed with presentation, webinar and training.
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in scouting activities, evaluating new potential customers, business development for Residential category.
  • Helping to plan all necessary sales & marketing activities, in order to achieve sales targets in Residential in Romania.
  • Regularly providing Meeting Report, Presentation, Results /Target/Forecasting reports and market analysis to Headquarter/Branch Manager.
  • Supporting Headquarter’s Sales & Administration office for order processing and procurement towards new customer (Retailers, etc.).
  • Providing support to customers and internally to Headquarter for Sales policy, price lists, product information, orders etc regarding Residential category.

Your Profile


Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Technical University Degree (Mechanical Eng).
  • Experience in the role with International or Multinational organization having medium-sized local structures.
  • Market data and Sales analysis capability (MUST HAVE).
  • Driving licence category B (MUST HAVE).
  • Fluent English (MUST HAVE).
  • Available to frequent business trip within Romanian territory and sometime abroad (HQ and other destinations, if required).


Desidered


  • Good knowledge of the retail/residential business of HVAC systems, commercial especially (PREFERRED).
  • Autocad (PREFERRED).
  • Italian (NICE TO HAVE).


Soft Skills


  • Empathic approach.
  • Attitude to talk in front of people.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
  • Flexibility and disposition for multitasking.
  • Ability to be pro-active with problem-solving skills at an operative and practical level.
