We are in search of an Field Support Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and reliability of our smart locker systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
What will be your responsibilities:
● Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance;
● Overseeing and coordinate routine surveys, deployment tasks to ensure compliance with SLA;
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support;;
● Maintain detailed records of surveys and deployment activities along with maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory;
● Conduct inspections and testing of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate;
● Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan;
● Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers;
● Assist in the development and documentation of maintenance procedures and best practices
Your Profile
What are the requirements to join us in this position:
● Technical background with experience in maintenance and repair of electronic or mechanical systems;
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
● Proficiency in Italian and English, with good communication skills;
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
● Experience in coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects;
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
● Availability to travel up to 50%
Extra valued skills:
● Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools;
● Experience in a startup culture and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
