Work package manager oil&gas

For an oil&gas company, LHH is currently seeking a Work Project Manager. The scope is to manage the role in the execution of world class projects in oil & gas industry.

Reporting to Project Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for the management of work packs associated with the execution of EPC/EPCIC contract type of offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manages and be responsible of the assigned work pack in terms of time, cost, quality and HSE;

• 
  

  Works at a strategic and tactical level. He is responsible for understanding the broader context of the project, organizations and stakeholders;

• 
  

  Lease with Client and other key Stakeholders and Contractors for all aspects of the Work;

• 
  

  Define Organizational model and resources needs to manage the assigned work scope, including requirements for the correct management of the Contractual, Technical, quality, planning, HSE and interfaces;

• 
  

  Identifies and manages risks to avoid delays or reputational damage;

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of safety and HSE procedures in oil & gas industry and offshore operations;

• 
  

  Identifies possible Project Changes and manage them with Client to optimize the result;

• 
  

  Works with Project Director and Finance organization to guarantee a positive cash flow during the Project;

• 
  

  Regularly updates PMT and Project Director and He is the final responsible of the reporting;

• 
  

  Mentors and lead other engineers within the organization;

• 
  

  Strong time management / prioritization skills:

  Successful Management of assigned SOW and objectives;

  Delivery on time in compliance with HSE and Quality requirements;

• 
  

  Management of the relationship with Project Director, Client, Consortium Partners and Project Management Team and other stakeholders;

• 
  

  Timely reporting.
