LHH is seeking a detail-focused and dependable HR Analytics & Organization Specialist on behalf of our client, a reputable organization located in Milan. This role is ideal for candidates who bring experience in both HR analytics and Organization and are looking to contribute to a collaborative HR environment.


Responsibilities


As Senior HR Analytics & Organization Specialist, you will be involved in:



  • Boosting HR reporting and analytics cultures, improving processes, initiatives and analysis


  • Participating in organizational design, sizing & workforce planning initiatives


  • Managing the HC monitoring, being actively involved in budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning processes


  • Supporting in the Organizational Documents and Organization Structure updatingEnhancing HR and Company processes


Your Profile


The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:


  • University Degree in Management, preferably with an HR focus
  • A min of 5 years of experience within HR/Organization functions
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and Power Point mandatory)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Fluent English (B2/C1)
