LHH is seeking a detail-focused and dependable HR Analytics & Organization Specialist on behalf of our client, a reputable organization located in Milan. This role is ideal for candidates who bring experience in both HR analytics and Organization and are looking to contribute to a collaborative HR environment.
Responsibilities
As Senior HR Analytics & Organization Specialist, you will be involved in:
Boosting HR reporting and analytics cultures, improving processes, initiatives and analysis
Participating in organizational design, sizing & workforce planning initiatives
Managing the HC monitoring, being actively involved in budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning processes
Supporting in the Organizational Documents and Organization Structure updatingEnhancing HR and Company processes
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- University Degree in Management, preferably with an HR focus
- A min of 5 years of experience within HR/Organization functions
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and Power Point mandatory)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
