Responsibilities
Responsibilities related to a specific territory for Helty include:-Understanding the territory (mapping the area and scheduling visits).
-Promoting the Helty brand and its entire product/service offering.
-Classifying contacts (small, medium, top – type of product/areas of intervention) using the CRM system.
-Providing support and training activities (meetings, events, etc.).
-Closing contracts.
-Participating in industry fairs, such as ISH 2025 in Frankfurt, and local events.
-Managing and prioritizing designers within engineering and construction firms/architects (thermal engineers, architects, surveyors), in line with the commercial development strategy.
Activities with these contacts include:
-Seeking new contacts within the assigned territory.
-Visiting new contacts profiled by the marketing department.
-Visiting "cold" contacts acquired from lists.
Acting as a technical codesigners/consultant when meeting with designers:
-Listening and gathering information on the project's requirements and stage.
-Assisting the designer in understanding the ventilation system and suggesting possible technical solutions.
-Defining the technical solution (model selection and system sizing) independently and providing an economic quotation useful for producing the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS in favor of Helty.
-Collecting information on the project (Project Manager, installers, project timeline).
Closing contracts with the stakeholders involved in the projects:
-Implementing information about DEALS into the CRM, attaching the specifications.
-Tracking specifications, monitoring them until the end to prevent changes during the process.
-A specification is considered mature when all necessary information is gathered (Project Manager, installers, project timeline). At this point, the final economic and technical offer is sent.
-Depending on the type of activity, finalizing the contract with the support of the EAM.
-Sharing insights gathered from the territory and clients with the EAM, contributing to the update of the tactical strategy for the development of the assigned territory.
Your Profile
Education: Diploma or Degree in a technical field (preferably Thermotechnical)
Skills:
-Ability to design KWL systems (HVAC in German)
-Ability to draft technical specifications, quantity surveys, and system sizing
-Familiarity with construction site dynamics and stakeholders (knowledge of ventilation system design) 60%
-Good understanding of commercial processes and negotiation management 40%
-Experience with CRM tools and basic IT skills
Attributes:
-Excellent communication skills, active listening, and authoritative due to technical and commercial expertise with a consultative approach.
-Proactive and capable of easily building professional relationships, both externally and internally within the organization. Team working and communication skills.
-Strong customer orientation.
-Ability to create and maintain a network of contacts.
Additional Information:
-Preferred background in similar roles within structured companies: HVAC/cooling/ventilation/climate control/installation sectors.
-Willingness to travel and be mobile within the assigned territory (Bavaria).
-Willingness to travel periodically to the headquarters in Schio, Italy (once a month, with initial training).
-Residence within the assigned territory – Bavaria/Munich area.
-Native German speaker, with required English proficiency (Italian knowledge is a plus for direct interaction with offices in Italy).
