For our client, leading company in Tobacco Industry we are looking for a
Junior Brand Manager – FMCG
The Junior Brand Manager, within Combustible Marketing Team, He/she will report directly to Brand & Portfolio Supervisor. He/She is responsible for supporting the brand & portfolio initiatives across all touchpoints and key channels, guaranteeing alignment to Global Brand guidelines, and coordinating communication with Market, Central Marketing, Cluster and international Agency.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of the brand plans in line with Brand Toolkits and annual objectives, respecting sale cycles and channel planning;
- Develop and drive Brand communication via Consumer Activation, POSM and Trade tools to ensure appropriate brands’ messages across all touchpoints;
- Brief the communication Agency for effective brand initiatives which guarantee brand consistency and executional excellence;
- Support brand communication and BTL initiatives on Travel Retail channel;
- Support POSM budget flow monitoring monthly spending;
- Liaise with Insight & Intelligence department for the analysis and interpretation of consumer market research data to transform them into recommendations & actions;
- Monitor and analyze the competition vs. the assigned portfolio performance and propose corrective or developmental actions;
- Support Brand & Portfolio Supervisor on Portfolio development management (launches, delisting, changes) driving the product related activities (PID process, Artworks development) through CLA alignment & Supply Chain.
Your Profile
- Degree or master’s in economics, Marketing or Business Management;
- 1/2 years’ experience in a similar role for a multinational company (FMCG international companies is a plus);
- Very strong analytical, organizational and project management skills & able to operate in a dynamic environment;
- Flexibility, Responsibility, accuracy to details, and proactivity are appreciated attitudes;
- Good interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamworking;
- Fully conversant with MS office applications (particularly Power Point & Excel);
- Fluency in English is mandatory (C1).
