LHH is supporting an international client company operating in Services Area in hiring a Senior Transformation Specialist.
Responsibilities
The Senior Transformation Specialist will be responsible of the following activities:
-Work closely and collaboratively with regional and country leadership to develop strategic plans and coordinate strategic business planning process.
-Be responsible for the successful delivery of transformation initiatives and the associated reporting activities.
-Develop decision templates (analysis and presentations) for the (top) management of the company.
-Provide hands on project execution support and/ or direct execution as project manager when required, bringing in and implementing your ideas.
-Coordinate with Regional and Country teams in support to Transformation Director.
-Collaborate with and support business lines to enhance the professionalization of people, processes and output within the organization.
-Periodic reporting on optimisation & professionalisation measures.
-Act as a bridge and Project Manager between Operations, Finance, IT and HR.
-Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement) to gather requirements and ensure strategic alignment in digitalization, process improvement, and operational optimization initiatives.
Your Profile
Application with the following requirements will be taken into consideration:
-5-8 years of experience in Business Transformation & Strategy area.
-Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Real Estate Management.
-Preferred certifications in the PMO (Project Management Office) domain.
-Fluent English is mandatory.
-Leadership Skills, Analytical & Strategic thinking, problem solving, good communication skills.
Salary Package: 55.000€ - 60.000€.
