Imputabilité du leadership

Ces pratiques aident les entreprises à accroître l’imputabilité chez leurs cadres supérieurs et leurs équipes, et ainsi à combler l'écart entre les attentes et leur rendement actuel.

Notre étude mondiale sur l'imputabilité du leadership révèle que 72 % des organisations admettent que l'imputabilité du leadership est un problème majeur, et seulement 37 % sont satisfaites du niveau d'imputabilité démontré par leurs propres leaders.

En dépit de l'investissement considérable et continu que consentent les entreprises au développement du leadership, il subsiste un écart avéré entre les attentes qu'ont les organisations à l'endroit de leurs leaders et la façon dont ceux-ci exercent leur leadership.

Notre pratique visant à accroître l'imputabilité du leadership s'inspire des concepts du Contrat de leadership (The Leadership Contract) de Vince Molinaro, Ph. D., qui définit les leaders performants et imputables comme des personnes qui sont véritablement engagées à :

  • mener à terme les tâches importantes.
  • faire avancer les choses au sein de leur organisation.
  • assumer l'entière responsabilité de leurs paroles, de leurs actes et de leurs résultats.

 

Notre équipe de direction mondiale apprend présentement à mettre en oeuvre le contrat de leadership, et nous pouvons déjà constater des résultats positifs.

Alex Vincent is Vice President, Leadership Transformation with Lee Hecht Harrison.

Alex’s focus is on helping maximize individual, team and organizational performance. He is an experienced facilitator and consultant in the area of leadership development focusing on personal leadership, team coaching, and the execution of organizational strategy. He excels in helping clients realize their leadership potential by developing team synergies through group facilitation and establishing clear direction and focus to driving results. His exceptional communication abilities combined with his creativity have allowed him to develop and deliver workshops on coaching for results, leading cultural change, and strategic leadership.

Alex has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors — including telecommunications, engineering, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial, professional services, and public sector.

Alex completed his Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Toronto and went on to complete post-doctoral studies in the Human Performance Laboratory at York University. He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, as well as a previous faculty member in the department of Psychology at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University.
