Lee Hecht Harrison Penna (LHH Penna) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Country Manager of Ireland, Nick Walkley.
Nick joined Lee Hecht Harrison Penna over five years ago as a business development manager and quickly progressed into a number of senior strategic sales roles within EMEA and our global business. In his new role, he will be tasked with expanding LHH Penna’s presence in Ireland, building on our rapid growth in recent years.
Nick takes over from Keara McAndrew, who led the business for over ten years and achieved the global “country of the year” distinction from LHH. Keara will remain in the business part-time supporting strategic client relationships while she uses some freed-up time to pursue her golfing ambitions as newly-elected Ladies Chair of her golf club.
Commenting on Nick’s appointment, JC Townend, Chief Executive of UK & Ireland for Lee Hecht Harrison Penna says “With his high level of energy and commitment for delivering real value for clients, Nick will be a strong asset for our Irish business. I am excited to have Nick as part of our core leadership team, helping us continue to be the best workforce transformation provider in the market.”
Nick Walkley says, “I look forward to building on the incredible foundations Lee Hecht Harrison Penna has in Ireland. I am very proud of the work we do here, which drives me to continue to provide greater innovations, efficiencies and client relationships so that we can keep on making a difference to so many people’s careers.“
