As Head of the UK Delivery team, it is Mel’s role to continually improve satisfaction with the outplacement experience and to innovate to ensure that we are leading the way.
Mel currently manages the team of career consultants working with 15,000+ individuals as well as a delivery team who provide support to both consultants, candidates and the wider business.
She is responsible for the development, creation and implementation of delivery materials relating to the career transition services for LHH Penna as well as training consultants both in the UK and the wider global community. This role also extends to defining best practice in the provision of career support to our clients and individuals as well as recruiting and assessing potential associates joining the business.
Cesar works as part of the delivery team in London as both a Project Manager and a Consultant where his responsibilities range from ensuring that our candidates receive the best service when onsite in our London office or virtually via our various online learning facilities.
With an extensive marketing background and having worked for a variety of organizations and most recently in the recruitment industry, Cesar uses this knowledge to further educate our candidates on the best uses of the many online tools such as LinkedIn and managing personal brand.
