Our client, a public institution is looking for a Training Officer temporarily starting as soon as possible. The job is to take for 3 months with a possibility of renewal.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of training courses, including planning, coordination, logistics, updating the Learning Management System (LMS), and diverse administrative tasks
- Serve as a key point of contact for participants and trainers, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Deliver high-quality service and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Your Profile:
- Relevant work experience in lifelong learning or in a Learning & Development department
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent writing skills in both languages
- Proficiency in MS Teams and ability to quickly adapt to and master the LMS
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, service-oriented attitude
- Reliability and autonomy
