In Luxembourg, they operate their largest site, hosting major institutions and corporate tenants. The Senior Asset Manager plays a key leadership role, directly impacting the performance, customer satisfaction, and future of the site.

Your Responsabilities:
- Full ownership of the building(s’ business and P&L in Luxembourg
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and retention
- Act as primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring strong client relationship management
- Oversee daily operations, coordinate with service providers and ensure high-quality facility standards
- Supervise and guide local team members including outsourced partners
- Develop, implement, and monitor the annual budget, forecasts, and capex planning
- Collaborate with the fund and the buildings' HQ for strategic reporting and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with sustainability objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Serve as a key ambassador of the building and contribute to its strategic development and market visibility
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate in senior commercial, sales, or asset management roles
- Solid track record in business development and customer acquisition
- Deep knowledge of the Luxembourg real estate market
- Proven leadership or team management experience
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and negotiation skills
- Highly proactive, results-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or similar
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
- Able to build and maintain strong local networks
