We are looking for a Billing Support Coordinator for our client, a global law firm, located in Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities:



  • Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing processes
  • Generating draft and final bills and other billing-related processes
  • Dealing with enquiries and queries
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive billing records


Your Profile:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • You have outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and handle competing demands
  • You possess a teamwork spirit, robust communication abilities, and commitment to confidentiality
  • You are fluent in French and proficient in English
  • You have strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Initial successful experience at a legal company is advantageous
